Day 23 Night Watching

My sketch for day 23 of EqD's second NATG: late night ponies.


Accidents aside, the ponies continue until night fall. Rarity watches while the others get their rest.

Crap! I forgot Rarity's tail! *so many facehoofs*
Her pose is really dumb too! I don't know how to do torso turns, I'll have to learn. >~>
I also have no idea how tents work, super embarassing. D|

A quickly done one, because I need to learn how to not take all day long to do a drawing. If I try to do a piece like yesterday again it should probably be a two day affair, unless my speed improves.


For today's theme I had to jump ahead a bit more, losing out on a sunset forest-to-mountain transition piece.

I wanted the campsite feel to be stronger than it is but I caved to doing an easier arrangement, unfortunately losing the CMC off page. Geez that happens to them a lot with me. At least Rarity gets to be the star of her own piece, even if I messed up with her.
